I am looking for a book that I read in high school that I don’t remember much of but I could swear that in the title was the word magi but dont hold me to that. (and its definitely not the gift of the magi) Below I have listed what I do remember of the book though it is not much I do remember that I thought it was a great book and I never got the chance to finish it and I so would like to not only read it again but finish it as well. 2.) The kids once they get to a certain age and start having certain types of dreams have to start taking a pill to suppress their feelings. 3.) If you want to get married or have a kid a person is assigned to you and you have to fill out paperwork to get a kid. 4.) At a certain age you are assigned to learn a specific job and the main characters assigned job is to learn under the one person who can see in color. 5.) The last thing that I can remember clearly is that at the breakfast table the whole family has to talk about what they dreamed the previous night no exceptions, but when the main character gets assigned to his job (and he is still a kid when people are assigned to learn their jobs) he is exempted from having to share his dreams. 6.)
